A graduate of Northeastern University and Suffolk University (MBA, LL.M), he received his law degree from the New England school of Law and Ph.D. in public policy from Northeastern University, where he taught for 25 years.

Elise Gross, J.D ., LL.M, has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1992, having received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

Ms. Gross obtained her LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law. She is currently a senior partner in Goldstein, Levy & Gross, P.A. and is considered a professional educator for her various guest speaking engagements: including Lynn University, The Financial Forum, and other various speaking organizations.

With over 13 years of experience, Ms. Gross has become a specialized expert in Integrated Estate Planning and provides numerous wealth protection strategies for the

Nicole S. Ofstein , J.D., LL.M, is the founder and president of Ofstein & Associates, P.A., a law firm that offers tax representation to individuals and businesses nationwide. Her area of concentration is IRS tax resolution, specifically the Offer in Compromise program.

A graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University School of Law. She holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (with honors) from the Washington School of Law. Lawrence Levy: Esquire received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1997. Mr. Levy is the principle shareholder of The Law Office of Lawrence Levy, P.A., with offices in Davie , Florida and Coral Gables , Florida.

Mr. Levy has been practicing law in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianship administration and litigation for the past five (5) years and routinely handles probate and guardianship matters in Palm Beach , Broward and Miami-Dade County . Mr. Levy earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami and earned his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University .

Mr. Levy is a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Probate Section of the Broward County Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association's Probate and Guardianship Section. Mr. Levy is currently an adjunct professor with Miami-Dade Community College Paralegal Program where he teaches a class in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
